Who we are. GSN Next is operated by Brown Global Holdings LLC, a Georgia (USA) limited liability company. This policy describes how we collect and use information from players and parents/guardians who register.

What we collect. Name, date of birth, contact info, location, football profile (position, foot, height, weight, team, experience), emergency contact, optional medical notes, and — for minors — parent/guardian contact and consent.

How we use it. To run registrations, communicate event details, evaluate players for scouting and future opportunities (including the future GSN Next League and other potential professional pathways), and ensure safety. Medical info is used only in case of emergency.

Sharing. We share player evaluation info with affiliated clubs, scouts, and partner organizations. We do not sell your data.

Storage. Data is stored securely with our cloud provider and is access-controlled.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing admin@gsnmedia.app.

Minors. We collect data on players under 18 only with parent/guardian consent.
