LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE & MEDIA CONSENT

READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that football (soccer) is a physical contact sport that involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: sprains, fractures, concussions, heat illness, cardiac events, paralysis, and death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, arising from my participation in GSN Next activities.

2. Release of Liability. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Brown Global Holdings LLC (a Georgia, USA limited liability company), GSN, GSN Next, their owners, directors, officers, coaches, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue providers, and affiliated entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur arising out of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical Treatment. I authorize GSN and its staff to seek emergency medical treatment for me (or my child) in the event of injury or illness, and I accept financial responsibility for such treatment.

5. Photo & Video Media Release. I irrevocably grant Brown Global Holdings LLC, GSN, GSN Next, and their licensees, successors, partners, broadcasters, and sponsors the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to photograph, film, audio-record, video-record, livestream, and otherwise capture my (or my child's) image, likeness, name, voice, jersey number, performance statistics, and biographical information at GSN Next events, and to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, publish, and create derivative works from such media in any and all formats and media now known or hereafter developed — including but not limited to social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.), websites, highlight reels, scouting reels, marketing materials, advertising, press releases, news broadcasts, documentaries, and streaming services — for promotional, scouting, editorial, commercial, and any other lawful purpose, without further notice, approval, or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media and waive any claim for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity arising from such use.

6. Parental Consent. If the player is under 18, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees on the player's behalf to all terms above, including the Media Release in Section 5, and consents to the player's participation.

7. Governing Law. This waiver is governed by the laws of Belize and the State of Georgia (USA), as applicable to Brown Global Holdings LLC.

8. Severability. If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
