TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance. By registering for GSN Next (“the Showcase”), a program operated by Brown Global Holdings LLC, a Georgia (USA) limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “GSN”), you (“the Player”, or parent/guardian if under 18) agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility. Players must be ages 15–20. Players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the registration and waiver.

3. Nature of the Program. GSN Next is an open showcase. It is not itself a professional league. Top performers may be invited into the future GSN Next League and considered for additional professional opportunities (including, where applicable, opportunities such as the PLB, MLS, international clubs, and other professional pathways). No professional placement is guaranteed.

4. Code of Conduct. Players must conduct themselves with sportsmanship, follow coach and referee instructions, and respect facilities, teammates, and opponents. Violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

5. Media Release. You consent to GSN photographing, recording, and broadcasting your image, name, and likeness in connection with the Showcase for promotional, scouting, and editorial purposes, without compensation.

6. Equipment. Players are responsible for their own boots, shin guards, and personal gear. GSN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Cancellation. GSN may cancel, reschedule, or relocate any event due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

8. Modification. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize and the State of Georgia (USA), where applicable to Brown Global Holdings LLC.
